How to Get Started with Onde.Light: A Step-by-Step Registration Guide

Welcome to Onde.Light - the platform designed to help you launch and manage your taxi or delivery business effortlessly. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to register on our website and set up your operations in My hub. Let's get started!
Step 1: Sign up on Onde.Light website
Сlick the “Launch Onde.Light” button to the start sign up process.
Provide your name, last name, email address, phone number, and business details in the form. These data are mandatory to be filled in.
Important: If you have previously registered with Onde.Light, use a different email address this time.
You must also accept Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy—this step is required to complete your registration.
Please note that our website uses cookies to ensure the best experience. By continuing, you agree to the use of cookies as outlined in our policy.
After successful registration, you will see a confirmation pop-up on your screen. At the same time, you should receive an activation email in your mailbox.
Step 2: Confirm Your Email Address
An email with a link to access your dashboard on the platform is already waiting in your inbox (Important: don’t forget to check your promotions and spam folders if you don’t see it straight away).
Click the link in the email to activate your account.
Step 3: Set Up Your My Hub Account
Click the “My hub” button to activate your company in the My hub system - the admin panel for your company.
Fill out your company details (address, contact info, etc.).
Note: Please ensure your company name does not contain restricted terms like "Onde" or "Onde.Light."
After entering the required information, click “Sign up” and you will be redirected to My hub.
Step 4: Access My Hub
The company you have created is displayed here. Click on it and go to the main dashboard.
Congrats! You are in the platform admin panel, from where you can set up, manage, and monitor all operations of your company.
Now you can familiarise yourself with the dashboard and access the rest of the products.
