Now we are looking for a Communication Designer with 3+ years of experience. We expect from you a strong love for design and courage in ideas. 

You will:  

• Create design layouts for advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn (~30%)
• Prepare graphics (app icons and promo screens) for app publications in the App Store and Google Play (~30%)
• Creation of presentations (PDF, Google Slides) (~10%)
• Draw illustrations for email newsletters, corporate blog posts, and social media publications (~30%)

We’re a perfect match if you have:

• You are self-reliant and a team player, manage your work time effectively and meet deadlines
• Have 3+ years of experience and a strong portfolio
• Proficient knowledge of working tools: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop (if you don't know something, we will teach you)
• The ability to generate many bold ideas, quickly visualize them, and not be afraid of being misunderstood 
• Have basic knowledge of typography and color theory
• Critical thinking and the ability to establish clear cause-and-effect relationships
• Love for organizing and having routine processes automated
