Now we are looking for a Support Specialist to join Onde.

We're a perfect match if you:

  • Speak and write English fluently (at least B2)
  • Are able to work evening shifts from 4 pm to 11 pm UTC +2 
  • Are able to learn fast
  • Can find a way out of any difficult situation
  • Are able to make reasonable decisions quickly
  • Have a strong analytical mindset
  • Are able to get all the information needed from a client — even if they don’t want to share it

You will:

  • Monitor the workability of the system
  • Have access to online probing and monitoring tools
  • Be in touch with DevOps and Development teams
  • Be responsible for “first line of failure defence” situations

Would be nice if you have:

Customer support or adjacent experience, but it’s not a must. We welcome a motivator with initiative and drive, ready to learn fast.

Your possible work schedule:

Working days from 4 pm to 11 pm UTC +2. Weekends off. Extra hours are possible at public holidays or team members vacations/sick leaves. Rotation to a day shift to free a working day evening out is feasible upon request.
